Changes to Non-Domiciled CLP/CDL
As of May 8, 2026 Indiana BMV will resume issuing non-domicile commercial driver’s licenses and non-domicile commercial learner’s permits. Only applicants whose I-94 or I-94A indicates category H-2A, H-2B, or E-2 will qualify for a non-domiciled CLP/CDL.
