[ISP] Wheatfield Man Arrested for Child Molesting and Incest

Entry Description

Jasper County-On Thursday, January 12, Indiana State Police Detective Mike Bailey arrested 37 year old Timin R.D. Loeschke of Wheatfield on child molesting and incest charges.

Detective Bailey began his investigation last year when he was contacted by the Michigan State Police about possible child molesting and other related charges of a thirteen year old female that occurred in Indiana.  During the course of his investigation, Detective Bailey discovered that the above allegations occurred during the period of July 2011 until October 2011.

This investigation led to the arrest of Loeschke yesterday, Thursday, January 12th.  He was taken to Jasper County Jail and charged with one count of Child Molesting (Class A Felony) and one count of Incest (Class B Felony).  He is being held on a $50,000.00 bond.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
