| [ISP] Richmond Meth Lab Busted for the Second Time |

Entry Description
Richmond – As a result of an ongoing investigation, troopers from the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit served a search warrant on a residence at 137 SW 10th Street in Richmond today around 4 a.m. Officers found chemicals used in making methamphetamine as well as raw methamphetamine and other drugs.
Arrested at the 10th St. home was Jason Philbeck, 39, and Tonya Riehl, 30. Both subjects were arrested at the same address on 11-18-2011 for Manufacturing Methamphetamine at the 10th St. home. They are currently out on bond for those charges.
Today they were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Class “A” Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine over 3 grams, Class “B” Felony; Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Class “D” Felony; Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Class “D” Felony; Possession of the Precursors used to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Class “D” Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class “D” Felony. The two were lodged in the Wayne County Jail.
