Fountain County-Indiana State Police Trooper David Millburg responded to a two vehicle crash on I-74 at the 21 mile marker (this is four miles west of the Waynetown exit), yesterday evening, where a three-year-old child died.

DECEASED-Ra-Shawn Kennedy, 3 (son of Deishay) back seat passenger, pronounced dead at the scene by the Fountain County Coroner.  He was NOT in a child safety seat.  An autopsy is scheduled for later today, Saturday, February 11th, to determine the cause of death.  Family has been notified.
