Entry Description
Knox County – At 11:55 this morning, Indiana State Police responded to 913 Upper 11th Street in Vincennes to investigate a citizen’s complaint regarding illegal drug activity. When troopers entered the residence they found two active one-pot meth labs, two grams of meth and drug paraphernalia. Troopers arrested the homeowner, Christopher Armes, 32, and his girlfriend, Candice Mattingly, 18. Troopers also arrested Jacob Farris, 21, and Cassandra Akers, 22, of Vincennes. Armes’ residence is within 1,000 feet of Riley Elementary School. They were all taken to the Knox County Jail where they are currently being held on bond.

4. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor

3. Visiting a Common Nuisance, Class A Misdemeanor
4. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor
