Overnight I-65 Lane Restrictions
South of Indianapolis

 

MARION COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will restrict lanes on Interstate 65 south of Indianapolis for pavement repairs this week. 

 

On Monday, May 21, crews from Rieth-Riley Construction will restrict the left and center lanes of southbound I-65 to replace asphalt south of Edgewood Avenue (mile marker 102) and Southport Road (mile marker 104).  On Tuesday, May 22, Rieth-Riley will restrict the left and center lanes of northbound I-65 at the same locations.  The right lane in both directions will be restricted on Wednesday, May 23. 

 

Overnight restrictions will begin at 9 p.m. and are expected to end by 6 a.m. the following mornings.  This work is weather permitting and could possibly continue Thursday night if necessary.
