Anderson – Today an Anderson man was arrested on felony charges alleging sexually oriented crimes against juvenile victims.  The charges stem from a lengthy investigation conducted by Indiana State Police Investigators, and a review of that investigation by Special Prosecutor Tami Napier (appointed in 2011) and a Madison County Grand Jury that convened in late August.
