  • I-69 southbound to I-465 westbound ramp is restricted to a single lane for the next four weeks.

I-465 & Allisonville Road Interchange:

  • Additional work to replace a broken water main within the construction limits of the Allisonville Road bridge and interchange project is expected to take about two weeks.  The new bridge is anticipated to open by the end of September.
  • The Allisonville Road bridge over I-465 closed on Wednesday, May 30 for reconstruction.  Through traffic on Allisonville Road and left turns at the interchange remain prohibited until construction of the new bridge is complete.  Right turns entering and exiting the interstate are open.
  • A 45 mph work zone speed limit on I-465 approaching Allisonville Road in both directions is in effect when signs are flashing during working hours.  Drivers should reduce speeds on I-465 and the Allisonville Road ramps.  Drivers should be alert for construction workers in the area, heavy trucks entering and exiting the roadway and Indiana State Police patrolling the work zone.
