Indianapolis Traffic Restrictions Update

NORTH SIDE:

• I-465 in both directions will have left lane restrictions between I-69 and Allisonville Road each night from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. beginning Monday, November 5 through Sunday morning.
• I-465 westbound traffic is temporarily shifted to the right between I-69 and Allisonville Road.  Three lanes of traffic will be open during daytime hours, but additional lane restrictions in both directions should be expected between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
• I-69 southbound to I-465 westbound ramp is restricted to a single lane.
• I-465 westbound does not have a designated exit lane for northbound Allisonville Road, but the exit ramp is open.
• A 45 mph work zone speed limit on I-465 in both directions is in effect when signs are flashing during working hours.  Drivers should reduce speeds on I-465 and the Allisonville Road ramps.  Drivers should be alert for construction workers in the area, heavy trucks entering and exiting the roadway and Indiana State Police patrolling the work zone.

I-69 Operation Indy Commute

• I-69 northbound is restricted to two lanes beginning at Exit 205 to 116^th Street and SR 37 for construction of a two-lane flyover ramp to SR 37.

US 31 at Keystone Parkway & 146^th Street

• US 31 northbound is redirected via median crossovers to share new pavement on the west side of the roadway with southbound traffic between the Monon Trail and 151^st Street.  Two through lanes are maintained in each direction.

EAST SIDE:

• I-70 in both directions between Post Road (Exit 91) and Mt. Comfort Road (Exit 96) will have alternating single lane restrictions from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
• I-70 in both directions from Post Road (Exit 91) to just east of Mt. Comfort Road (Exit 96) has two lanes of traffic through a construction work zone.  I-70 westbound has a 45 mph work zone speed limit in effect. 

WEST SIDE:

• I-465 in both directions between 38^th and 10^th Streets will have alternating lane restrictions beginning Friday, November 2 at 9 p.m. until Monday, November 5 at 6 a.m.
• I-465 southbound between 34^th and 21^st Streets has three lanes shifted toward the median and one lane to the right for exiting to westbound I-74, US 136 and Crawfordsville Road.
• I-465 northbound between 21^st and 34^th Streets has three lanes shifted toward the median and one lane to the right for exiting to US 136 and Crawfordsville Road.
• US 40/West Washington Street has two lanes in each direction between I-465 and Glen Arm Road.  Both directions of traffic are on the north side of the road.  High School Road is restricted to a single lane in each direction.
