[SUPREME] 2013 State of the Judiciary to Air on Indiana Public Broadcasting and Online at courts.in.gov

Entry Description
Chief Justice of Indiana, Brent E. Dickson, will address a joint session of the Indiana General Assembly for the annual State of the Judiciary on Wednesday, January 23 at 2 p.m. (EST).  The address will be webcast live online at courts.in.gov.  It will also be broadcast on public television and radio stations across the state on the following schedule:

WBAA-AM, West Lafayette, January 25, 7:00 p.m.
WFYI-FM, Indianapolis, January 24, 7:00 p.m.

The Chief Justice is required to provide Indiana lawmakers with an update on the “condition of the courts” according to Article 7, Section 3, of the Indiana Constitution.  The 2013 address will be Chief Justice Dickson’s first State of the Judiciary.
