Spencer - During an undercover peer-to-peer investigation, initiated in October 2011 by the Indiana State Police Crimes Against Children Unit, a search warrant was executed in January of 2012 at 259 East Wayne Street in Spencer.

During the course of investigation, it was determined that Forrest Walker, 32 of Spencer had disseminated child pornography to an undercover police officer via an internet peer-to-peer file sharing network. In addition, it was determined that Walker possessed hundreds of images and video of child pornography.

Walker was arrested today, just before 1:00 pm by members of the Indiana State Police and Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Walker was charged with one count of Child Exploitation, a Class C Felony, and one count of Possession Child Pornography, a Class D Felony. He was held on a $20,000 bond and incarcerated in the Owen County Security Center.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
