Entry Description
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is advising motorists that there will be intermittent, alternating lane restrictions on US 20 in Elkhart County this week.

Starting today, INDOT maintenance crews will be working in the eastbound lane of US 20 between SR 15 and SR 13. As work is in progress, the road will be restricted to single-lane traffic in alternating directions controlled by flaggers. This is a continuously slow-moving operation with a 12-ft. width limit. Drivers should also be aware of merging construction traffic. It is anticipated this work will be completed by end of the day on Friday, December 14.
