    1. Download the Subgrantee Excel Spreadsheet Template (Includes 2 tabs with templates for Subgrantee Details and Project Results)

      Note: The spreadsheet above has been created using National Standards Data Fields. Please use the National Standards Guide to complete the Subgrantee Report portion of this document. Click here to download the National Standards Guide.

    2. To submit the file with your interim and final report, name it with the Region Number, Fiscal Year and the words Subgrantee Report (e.g. Region1_FY10_SubgranteeReport.xls)
