Tobacco Violations 2008
The violations posted are for businesses only and are sorted alphabetically by month. The most common violations are IC 35-46-1-10.2 refering to the sale of tobacco products to minors, and IC 35-46-1-11 refering to proper signage posted at a retail location.
Violations are not posted until the fine has been paid. Each monthly list may not be fully updated until 90 days from the end of each month.
