Proceeds from this Abraham Lincoln plate go to the preservation and interpretation of Lincoln-related materials given to the citizens of Indiana by the Lincoln Financial Foundation. This landmark collection, housed at the Indiana State Museum and the Allen County Public Library, is one of the top Lincoln collections in the world. With more than 50,000 objects, books and documents ranging from the Lincoln family’s own photographs and personal possessions to signed copies of the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th Amendment, the collection is a national treasure and your support helps preserve this legacy for generations to come.
(The plate is shown on a false bottom wagon, similar to one used by Levi Coffin as part of his Underground Railroad efforts and can be seen at the Levi Coffin State Historic Site.)

Your plate should have stickers showing the day, month, and year of your next registration renewal, and the county in which your vehicle is registered. Indiana law prohibits license plate frames or covers that obscure stickers, text, or numbers on your plate
