BMV > Locations & Hours Customer Service Locations And Hours

LICENSE BRANCHES CLOSED JULY 4

All BMV license branches and reinstatement centers will be closed on Saturday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday.

Customer service locations that are normally open on Mondays will resume regular hours of operation on Monday, July 6. Full-service license branches will open at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7.

MyBMV online services and self-service terminals will continue to be available during the holiday.
 

The BMV offers services at different types of convenient locations. Full-service license branches are open Tuesday to Saturday and other customer service locations are open Monday to Saturday. Self-service terminals and myBMV online services are available 24 hours a day.

Full-Service License Branches

Complete all your BMV business, except reinstatements, at any of Indiana's full-service license branches.

Full-service license branches are open during the following hours:

  • Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Make a branch appointment

You may make an online appointment at 73 of the state's busiest full-service branches.

Self-Service Terminals

Complete your registration renewal 24 hours a day at a self-service terminal and receive your renewal stickers immediately.

Reinstatement Centers

Eligible drivers may reinstate a suspended driver's license at any one of eight reinstatement centers around Indiana.

AAA License Branches

Complete title and registration transactions at participating AAA locations.

Auto Dealer Partners

When you purchase a vehicle at one of the BMV's auto dealer partners around the state you may title and register your new vehicle at the dealership.

Clean Air Car Check Stations

The BMV has partnered with Clean Air Car Check emission testing sites in northwest Indiana to offer drive-through vehicle registration services.

Old National Bank Partners

Renew your vehicle registrations at participating Old National Bank locations around the state.

Dealer And Fleet Services

Although full-service license branches offer dealer and fleet services, the BMV also offers these services at designated locations designed to meet the needs of our dealer and fleet customers by providing drop-off or walk-in services.
