The primary goal of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) is driver safety. This manual contains the latest information you will need to obtain an Indiana driver’s license. Please carefully review and understand the traffic rules and laws before you get behind the wheel.

The latest version of the Indiana driver's manual, published in November 2009, is available for you to download. Please note that the full driver's manual file is approximately 15 megabytes in size.
