You do not need your registration renewal form to renew your license plate at a license branch or online. Renew your registrations online through myBMV and receive a $5 discount for every license plate.

Print and complete the form you need, then return it to the address noted on the form. In order to ensure timely processing, be sure to fill out the form completely and to include any payment or additional documentation necessary for processing.

All affidavits related to BMV transactions cost $5 to process.

Your Virtual License Branch

Skip your next license branch visit and create a myBMV account. A personal myBMV account is a virtual license branch that allows you to securely access many services online. Through your myBMV account you can print your driving record and register for e-mail reminders of your driver's license and license plate expiration dates.
