Due to compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Final Rule updates, the Indiana BMV cannot process non-domiciled CLP/CDL until further notice.

Brookville branch is relocating from its current address to a new location at 11179 US 52 Suite B, Brookville, IN 47012.
The last day of operations at the current location will be Monday, May 11, 2026. The new branch location will open on Friday, May 15, 2026.
