Application Notice
DATE FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MAY 15, 2009.
The application for the renewal of a commercial driver training school must be filed with the commissioner on or before midnight, May 15 of the current license year. Submission of an incomplete application will result in its return, and the commercial driver training school will not be in compliance with the filing deadline stated herein. A commercial driver training school must not conduct business after the expiration of the current license until the commissioner has granted a new license.
