Believe it or not, high school won't last forever. Start planning for your education after high school now, and you'll have no regrets.
Check it off
Our college planning checklists will help you stay on track each year of high school. Print one off and hang it somewhere you'll see it often: your fridge, in your room or in your locker.
Students say visiting college campuses is the best way to know where you'll fit in. Whether you're considering a four-year college, an apprenticeship program, or a community college, plan a visit to make sure you're taking the right step.
You'll find links to visit information for two- and four-year colleges in Indiana on our admissions info page. Want to make sure you're asking the right questions? Print off our campus visit checklist.
Complete your Grad Plan
Are you on track to graduate with the right classes and the right high school diploma? Do you know you're on the path to the college you plan to attend? Make sure your Grad Plan is up-to-date each year. Read more about the Grad Plan, but check in with your counselor, too.
Many Indiana colleges allow you to apply as soon as you've finished your junior year. The best advice: apply as early as you can. Even colleges that have later deadlines or rolling admissions may fill up quickly. Plus, the sooner you apply, the more likely it is that you'll be awarded scholarships and grants from the college.
