IN.gov provides real time answers to questions asked directly by users. LiveChat is utilized in an effort to increase self-service on your smart phone device. Since January 1, 2011, there have been over 6,000 LiveChat requests. (*Live Chat mobile features are currently only supported on Droid, Apple and Palm Smart Phone Devices.)
