Indiana Department of Child Services

DCS  > Newsroom > Presentations Presentations

The Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) looks to neighbors, friends and family members as first responders to help protect children.

Increasing public awareness about child abuse and neglect is an important part of DCS’ overall approach to protecting children. The presentations (PowerPoint slides) below were given recently by DCS staff to service clubs, church groups, law enforcement agencies, medical personnel, school officials and others in an effort to help community members understand the critical importance of child welfare.

The slides will be available on this webpage for 30 days following the original date of the presentation. For more information about these or other presentations, email
