        Grant Specific Information

      2008 Award Information (including Special Conditions) - When an entity signs a Sub-grant agreement, they are agreeing to be bound by all of the special conditions that the federal government imposes on sub-grantees when it grants the specific grant funds to IDHS.  In an effort to make the sub-grant agreements more streamlined, we’ve made those federal conditions available on our Web site:
