As Indiana’s economy continues to improve, the number of projects submitted to the Division of Fire and Building Safety has increased. For your planning purposes, please allow up to 30 calendar days for your Construction Design Release.
Remember you do have an option of an early foundation release to start below-grade work early. Also remember, your accurate and complete design documents help streamline the process.
The goal of building plan review is to accurately and consistently review your design of a Class I structure. Please allow us time to do a good job for you and the citizens of Indiana.
