The IN-SAVE Coalition
The Indiana Structural Assessment and Visual Evaluation (IN-SAVE) Coalition consists of trained and qualified volunteer engineers, architects and other qualified personnel. This volunteer program enables these members of the community to offer their time and talents to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS) in the assessment of the safety for use or if entry should be restricted of buildings deemed to be essential facilities following a natural or man-made disaster.
