The Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF) has certified rebate tax rates for counties to administer the Homestead Credit Rebate ordered by the Indiana General Assembly under Public Law 234-2007. The following memos were sent to county auditors to advise them of the rebate tax rates and the amounts each county will receive to administer the rebate program. Timing of rebate check distribution will vary by county depending on local actions and whether the county is retrending. For more information about the rebate process in your county, please contact your county auditor.
