Hoosier Quest

Are you ready to adventure forth on a quest to discover our Hoosier heritage in Indiana’s State Parks and Reservoirs? If you are, check out the options below to Discover, Connect, and Explore:

Explore patch -For families visiting our State Parks and Reservoirs
-Explore the diversity of places that are our State Parks and Reservoirs, and find out what makes each place special
-Upon completion, each family member can purchase a property specific enamel lapel pin for $2 each.  To view the pins, click here.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What about the old Park Patch Program?
You can still complete your park patch activities that you have already started, but we are now offering the Hoosier Quest program in its stead.

Hoosier Pathfinder patchIs there a program for my group (scouts, youth group, etc)?
Yes.  The Hoosier Pathfinder Patch Program is designed for any group wishing to earn a patch while hiking or working on a service project in one of several selected Indiana State Parks, State Forests and State Reservoirs.  To learn more about the program, click here to download a brochure.

Can adults participate in all three programs?
Absolutely!  Many of the activities involved in each program can be taken to a more advanced adult level.  Talk with an interpreter at your favorite park or reservoir to find out how.
