McCormick’s Creek State Park saddle barn temporarily closed
As we continue tornado recovery efforts at McCormick’s Creek State Park, the saddle barn will be closed during the 2024 season for pasture restoration and barn maintenance.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit one of our other saddle barn locations open for the 2024 recreation season. Check back here for updates.
Indiana State Park Saddle Barns offer trail rides, pony rides and hay rides. Many offer lessons, scout badges, gift certificates, birthday parties, corporate outings, campfire programs and other services.
Saddle barns are open at least weekends April and May, daily from Memorial Day Weekend through mid-August, then at least on weekends through October. Hours may be extended as weather permits, so call the location you’d like to visit for specific services and hours of operation.
All saddle barns are operated by independent contractors.
