From the West (via I-70)

  • Take I-70 west to Six Points Road exit
  • Take Six Points Road south
  • At the second light, turn left onto Decatur Blvd.
  • Go through 3-way stop sign (Heathrow Way & Decatur Blvd.)
  • The MCSD office will be on the left side of the street

From the South (via I-65):

  • Take I-465 West to Kentucky Avenue/State Road 67 exit.
  • Take Kentucky Avenue South.
  • At the third light, turn right into the Ameriplex Complex entrance (Heathrow Way).
  • Turn right at the first stop sign onto Decatur Blvd.
  • The MCSD office will be on left side of the street.

From the East (via I-70 or I-74):

  • Take I-465 South then West to Kentucky Avenue/State Road 67 exit.
  • Take Kentucky Avenue South.
  • At the third light, turn right into the Ameriplex Complex entrance (Heathrow Way).
  • Turn right at the first stop sign onto Decatur Blvd.
  • The MCSD office will be on left side of the street.

Hours of Operation

Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you are planning to visit our office to open a new account, or to process IRP transactions with several vehicles, we encourage you to arrive no later than 3:00 pm.
