The Chief of Investigations takes all reports where concerned individuals, employees, sub-recipients and contractors want to report fraud. For potential public assistance recipient fraud in the Food Stamps program, TANF, Child Care Development Fund and Medicaid, all parties can report their concerns to fraud hotline. Suspected employee fraud is reported to different contacts as noted below.
