SEA 345, enacted by the 2008 General Assembly and signed into law by Governor Mitch Daniels on July 1, 2009, moves the administration of Indiana's Domestic Violence Program from the Family and Social Services Administration, Division of Family Resources, to the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute(ICJI).
