The videos below will demonstrate what has changed at DFR and how to use the new, modernized system to apply for or manage Food Stamps, Cash Assistance (TANF) or Health Coverage benefits. This information applies ONLY to counties where the new system has been implemented.
Clients in counties where changes are not yet in place should go to their local DFR office to apply for or inquire about benefits. The counties that are not yet operating under the modernized system include: Bartholomew, Benton, Boone, Brown, Clinton, Decatur, Elkhart, Fayette, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Jasper, Johnson, LaGrange, LaPorte, Lake, Marion, Marshall, Montgomery, Morgan, Newton, Porter, Pulaski, Rush, St. Joseph, Shelby, Starke, Tippecanoe, Union, and Wayne.
