The Division of Mental health and Addiction certifies service providers and agencies within Indiana to provide intensive home and community-based services to youth with a serious emotional disturbance, and their families. Providers assure the State that they will comply, on a continuing basis, with all of the federal and state statutes and regulations pertaining to the state and federally funded programs they are providing services under, including program-specific policy and procedure in the provider manual and all Medicaid (IHCP) policy and procedure pertaining the service/programs they are Medicaid-authorized to provide.
