Pursuant to Article 5, Section 18 of the Indiana Constitution and Indiana Code, the Governor of the State of Indiana has the authority to fill judicial vacancies as they occur in the state.

Current Vacancies

Terre Haute City Court Judicial Vacancy
The Governor's Office is now accepting applications for Terre Haute City Court Judge. All applications must be completed and returned to the Governor's Office by the close of business on Monday, December 5, 2016. The Governor’s Office is also accepting recommendation letters for this vacancy during this time period.

Morgan Superior Court III Judicial Vacancy
The Governor's Office is now accepting applications for Morgan Superior Court III Judge.
