Suggested projects include tree plantings, soil testing, incentive programs, cover crop plantings, temporary fencing, pasture restoration, custom application of manure, transportation cost, renting/leasing of equipment, technical assistance, constructed wetlands, education/outreach, and matching at the federal/state/local level.
