The Indiana Horse Racing Commission has published an eight page promotional brochure on the state's thoroughbred breed development program.
The brochure, produced by the Thoroughbred Breed Development Advisory Committee, highlights the benefits of the various award programs and outlines the procedures for the process of registering mares, stallions and foals. The brochure has been mailed to all owners of Indiana Horse Racing Commission registered mares.
The breed development program distributes in excess of 2.5 million dollars in awards during the 60 plus race dates at Hoosier Park in Anderson.
