Acquisition of an abandoned railroad corridor in Grant County to develop a multi-use trail connecting Sweetser to Mier and the Oak Hill school complex, further extending the Cardinal Greenway trail system.  The acquisition is composed of a series of parcels along a linear corridor totaling 6.41 acres.
