The Mapping Indiana's Bicentennial is a program that consists of a five day educators' institute to be held in July 2015 that will celebrate Indiana's bicentennial through lectures and site visits. Participants in the workshop will also be developing educational materials to be used by schools, classrooms, and organizations in their communities during the 2016 bicentennial celebration and beyond. These materials include a giant map of their county and an interactive timeline of county history. Additional activities will be provided for youth and families during the institute.
