Purchase of 11 acres of former rail corridor to extend the City’s network of recreational trails.  The 2.5-mile corridor heads west from the center of town, then southwest toward city limits.  The route passes through several residential neighborhoods and crosses Wildcat Creek.  (First BNT project in Howard County.)
