Mansfield is celebrating Indiana’s start to spring by continuing their traditional Mushroom Festival where they will show people not only a Hoosier food staple, but the beautiful nature of the Indiana woodlands. There’s fun for everyone in the family at the Mushroom Festival. Always held on the last weekend in April, participants will be able to register for organized mushroom hunts and buy or sell mushrooms. Awards will be given to the person who finds the biggest mushroom and the person who finds the most.
