Legacy Projects > Richard Lieber Memorial Rehabilitation Richard Lieber Memorial Rehabilitation

Turkey Run State Park, where the Richard Lieber Memorial is located, has contracted masons to rehabilitate the memorial. It is in poor condition and State Parks believes that it should be in good condition to celebrate the upcoming centennial of Indiana State Parks and Indiana’s bicentennial. The masons will take the memorial apart carefully stone by stone, repair the water flow issues that have contributed to the present issues, clean the stones, replace broken or missing stones, and reconstruct the memorial.
