Legacy Projects > Honoring Indiana’s Founding Fathers Honoring Indiana’s Founding Fathers

Honoring Indiana’s Founding Fathers is a project designed to both educate Hoosiers about, and commemorate the 43 delegates that drafted Indiana’s first constitution. The month-long program will honor each delegate with a wreath laying ceremony at their gravesites, using the delegate’s heirs and local youth organizations (Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Brownies). Each ceremony will include brief biographies about the delegate, their accomplishments in life and at the convention.
