The Indiana Supreme Court will host a free 2-hour CLE on April 29th, 2015 in the Supreme Court Courtroom. The session is an early Bicentennial project spearheaded by Chief Justice Shepard and subsequently approved by his colleagues when he left the bench. It focuses on Indiana in 1816 and how topics like race and religion influenced or appear in the Constitution of 1816. In addition to the symposium, the March 2015 special issue of the Indiana Magazine contains the full articles written by the speakers.
