Peace Learning Center’s 18th Annual Martin Luther King Community Festival on Saturday, January 16 at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis is designed to celebrate Dr. King’s message of peace and the importance of personal responsibility. The Festival includes music, art-making activities, theatre, poetry, peace games, a free stage, workshops about relevant social justice issues, family yoga and a community resource fair with more than 40 non-profit groups. All will be invited to enjoy a complimentary lunch. In addition, the Power of Peace Award will be presented to an individual who has made a significant positive impact in the community.
