The Community Foundation of Crawford County Indiana, Inc. has awarded the Crawford County Indiana Veterans' Memorial Association a 2014-2015 Multi-Year Signature Grant for $20,000 as seed money to begin the construction of the Crawford County Veterans' Memorial. Other means of funding have been engrave brick sales, scrap metal drives, yard sales and chicken barbeques. The sole purpose of erecting a Memorial is to honor the veterans from our county, who served from the Revolutionary War to present day. The Memorial is being constructed adjacent to the Crawford County Courthouse in English.
