Legacy Projects > Dare to Dream Dare to Dream

This project is to build Col. H. Weir Cooks Spad XIII “Lighting” full scale aero plane. This is a historical build, first in the country for Col. Cooks Spad XIII being built by very young adults from Cascade High School in the Mill Creek Community School Corporation. This model will be on public display once completed. A smaller version will be used at schools, parades and military/aviation events. Educating our youth and the public on Indiana’s military history as we honor and remember the 100th anniversary of WWI and Indiana’s 200th birthday is always our mission.
