Legacy Projects > 200@200 200@200

The History Center’s 200@200 project celebrates Fort Wayne’s legacy of progress throughout Indiana’s 200 years of history. The project is a series of virtual exhibits, physical displays and media presentations featuring 200 artifacts from the museum’s 27,000 piece collection, each telling a unique story of Fort Wayne’s role in the 200 years of Indiana’s statehood. The project highlights a different historical theme each month and presents a collective mosaic of the community’s shared past and present, and commemorates the progress of growth and creativity of the “Summit City”.
