The Miami County Celebration of the Indiana Bicentennial Black Tie Gala will be held in a festively decorated tent on September 10th, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. – midnight at McClure’s Orchard. Indiana food including pork, corn, apples and tomatoes will be served and Indiana wine will flow. Two Indiana bands, Tuxedo Junction and Dave Lowe and Friends will provide the jazz entertainment for dancing. Our county historian, Kreig Adkins, will speak on Miami County History.

Each participant will receive a blue glass State of Indiana with “2016” emblazoned in gold on it. People who arrive in blue and gold attire or period dress will be entered in a drawing to win a prize. Tickets are $75 per person and may be purchased by calling Vicki Draper at 765-472-7655.
