Legacy Projects > Parke County Courthouse Murals: Canonizing Covered Bridge Luminaries Parke County Courthouse Murals: Canonizing Covered Bridge Luminaries

The Parke County Courthouse Murals project will be located on the 2nd floor of the Parke County Courthouse located in downtown Rockville, Indiana and will remain there indefinitely. Artist Bill Wolfe has been commissioned to create two murals entitled “Canonizing Covered Bridge Luminaries”. These murals will pay tribute to county citizens who played influential roles in shaping our small rural county and even the broader strokes of the United States. The project’s central ambition is to serve as inspiration for Parke County citizens and youth who view the murals and discover that one’s legacy can transcend our small rural origins.
